This position is remote. However, candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed. Candidates must reside in a state where there is a DLA Piper office.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related field
  • 3 years’ experience in a professional services firm, digital shared services role, B2B marketing agency, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint or similar
  • Experience with image editing application such as Photoshop
  • Hands-on experience using a content management system
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal English language communications skills
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and collaborate online
  • Basic HTML coding and Photoshop skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working within a social media marketing platform
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar
  • Hands-on experience using Sitecore

What will your day look like?
As a key contributor within the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence, and under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Campaigns, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to support various digital marketing campaigns throughout the Americas region. You are required to be a highly organized, self-starter, with a variety of hands-on digital marketing skills including, but not limited to, website publishing, social media publishing, email marketing, database management, analytics reporting and ongoing process improvement. You must be able to collaborate with colleagues within various practices, sectors, marketing, business development, administrative and executive teams to help achieve their business objectives.



As a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will support the development of integrated marketing campaigns in support of firm goals under the direction of the Sr Manager of Digital Marketing Campaigns. You will also support the development of playbooks and best practices to enable reuse and improve campaign results. You will conduct competitive research and analysis in support of campaign efforts. You will edit/update and publish webpages on the firm website and microsites using the content management system (Sitecore). You will also build and publish new webpages using established templates and components within the content management system and make basic enhancements to help fine tune search relevance on the website using Coveo. You will build and disseminate external email campaigns using the Firm’s email marketing platform (Vuture) following best practices and standards and construct and publish social media posts natively or by using the Firm’s social media marketing platform (Sprinklr) following best practices and standards. You will publish firm content within our employee advocacy tool (Bambu - Sprout Social) and resize or crop digital images using image editing application. You will also provide ‘virtual event’ support as required. You will perform QA on all new or updated web pages, email messages and/or event site to ensure all digital content adheres to Firm digital, brand and accessibility standards and provide marketing survey support using Firm survey solution as required. You will also pull basic data reports in Google Analytics and track projects and tasks within Marketing Central tracking system; proactively share progress updates with stakeholders. You will provide ad-hoc project assistance to Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Campaigns as needed. Additionally, you will develop, maintain and optimize documentation (workflows, processes, procedures, etc.) and utilize Firm collaboration platforms to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
