As DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR you’ll play a key role in executing the day-to-day marketing activities that support the on-site teams and communities. Both strategic and creative in your approach, you’ll work with the marketing, operations, sales and revenue to develop unique campaigns, guest experiences and community partnerships that drive revenue, grow brand awareness and align with the brand’s pillars of art, sustainability and community. The successful candidate will have a passion for fresh branding ideas and hospitality, an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in managing the various facets of residential marketing including copywriting, social media, public relations, digital marketing, web design, SEO, and event planning.

Core Responsibilities:

  • The role of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to support the leasing efforts, growth of the portfolio, implementing and optimizing acquisition and retention marketing plans.
  • This role will also interact closely with Inland’s Director of Sales and Customer Experience to ensure we are delivering an unparalleled experience for our target audiences.
  • Decide on appropriate placement of ads.
  • Develop plan and initiative calendar/timeline for strategy for Director of Marketing and Development.
  • Manage Pay Per Click advertising campaigns on Google.
  • Develops internal content, Brand, and marketing programs to support the creation and delivery of marketing/brand programs for On-Site Teams, management, and Regional Property Managers.
  • Manage editorial calendar, writing and producing original and timely pieces of content and coordinating the syndication of content.
  • Manage and coordinate campaigns that drive customers to our websites and generate leads.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
  • Promote company through social media channels.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of real estate property marketing experience and/or a degree in marketing with exposure to residential property management
  • Bachelor’s or other four (4) year degree from accredited college/university
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proficient in CRM platforms preferred.
  • Competent in WordPress, Canva, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience in CSS, HTML, XML, and .NET
  • Knowledge of apartment operations, real estate marketing concepts and other factors that affect occupancy, traffic, retention, pricing, and revenue preferred.
