Randall-Reilly is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist!
About Us: Randall-Reilly provides data-driven solutions for clients in the Trucking, Construction, Driver Recruiting, and Agriculture markets.This role is a great opportunity for an individual with paid digital marketing experience, ideally in the construction and/or agricultural dealer markets. This role serves as the digital expertise needed to support our sales team and clients on digital strategy and hitting KPIs, resulting in growth of revenue and retention.
What you’ll do:
- Effectively communicate digital marketing strategy recommendations and campaign performance to prospects and clients.
- Daily campaign monitoring to ensure that campaigns are pacing in terms of budget and goals. This includes budget placements, channel strategy, cross-functional team communication and more.
- Test innovative strategies in areas relative to audience, ad creative, website content & more.
- Routinely produce detailed reports on performance and progress of campaigns for clients in order to effectively manage and grow revenue.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in platforms and core industries, with focus on emerging trends.
- Demonstrate strategic agility - sees ahead clearly; can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately; can create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans.
- Develop relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to uncover solutions and opportunities.
- Identify and maximize new opportunities for client growth.
- Assist in preparation of sales proposals and RFPs.
- Track and measure proposal progress and digital revenue.
- Participates in hiring and training digital marketing team members and sales team members.
What we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of Paid Digital Marketing campaigns
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Digital Sales
- Programmatic advertising experience is a plus
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field
- Industry-related experience at a Construction or Agriculture Dealership / OEM
- Experience managing multiple client or business campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail
- Superior time management, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work remotely with team members in various locations
- A customer-centric mindset and approach to meeting the expectations of our internal and external customers
- The ability to adapt quickly and be flexible to the ever-changing business requirements of our clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of staff and management with judgement and tact

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $56,000 year - $75,000 year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training
