The Wimberley View is seeking a Digital & Print Media Sales Representative who will be responsible for developing relationships and consulting with clients within a defined geographic market. Our business-to-business sales representatives focus on the growth of current accounts and prospect for new opportunities, talk with local decision makers, analyze their needs, and effectively deliver value-based online and print advertising solutions.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

· Develop and aggressively grow sales through prospecting and relationship development.

· Work with decision makers and develop strategic marketing plans in defined territory.

· Meet both revenue and retention goals.

· Ensure both customers and prospects have a detailed understanding of our digital and print products and services through a consultative selling approach.

· Ensure current customer satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns or needs.

· Have a complete understanding and knowledge of our various digital & print products and services.

· Collaborate with team members, managers and cross-functional departments and participate in team or cross team initiatives and projects.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Social Media or Mass Communication Marketing is preferred

· Digital & Print media sales experience with knowledge of new technology and digital advertising delivery systems.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Flexibility and ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment

· Excellent time management and organization skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to adjust style and messaging based on audience

· Excellent listening skills

· Excellent relationship building skills and understanding of the importance of building internal and external networks to increase personal effectiveness

· Ability to deliver high quality work results on time and by deadline

· Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
