We are hiring at NDX National Dentex for a Digital Production Analyst. Remote with proximity to one of our labs.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Provide organizational leadership for the development and execution of digital production initiatives for NDX.
- Establish protocol for production flow as it relates to the advancement of digital technology.
- Create SOPs for receiving and processing all digital workflow within the NDX network.
- Assessment of digital capabilities at current state in NDX facilities, forecasting volume, equipment and personnel needs for targeted growth.
- Plan development for achieving the identified requirements for each laboratories digital growth initiatives.
- On-call support for lab digital production and digital flow issues
- Understand basic software mechanics and their relationship between various web portals and design software to troubleshoot as necessary.
- Identify ways in which the current and future digital workflow can be simplified and improved.
- Maintain courteous, timely and clear communication with all digital users and technicians as necessary.
- Customer and team member education and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance of corporate policies, standards and procedures.
- Keep current with digital improvements and implement projects within the NDX network to adopt new technology.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Advanced understanding of product fabrication techniques.
- Implant dental systems
- Intraoral Scan systems
- Digital scan data capture
- 3Shape CAD
- HyperDent CAM nesting
- Additive Manufacturing
- Subtractive Manufacturing (milling)
- Presentation skills, as well as the ability to motivate and train.
- Analytical proficiency including the ability to forecast and report ROI.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail and multitasking are required.
- Basic mechanical competency and Intermediate to advanced computer competency.
- Strong leadership potential.
- Ability to communicate complex subject matter to a wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to travel extensively.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years related experience

- All office equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Perform tasks at workstations, standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
