Summary: Perform a wide variety of tasks associated with Digital Services processes including, but not limited to levies, loan pay, share drafts, courtesy pay reporting, dormant accounts, escheatment, primary back up for all online and mobile duties, and other related servicing functions in the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Responsible for responding to all member requests.


Responsible for processing daily courtesy pay letters with BDI.


Responsible for completing bi-monthly courtesy pay report.


Responsible for processing daily share drafts, including adjustments and affidavits.


Responsible for processing daily incoming and outgoing wires


Responsible for processing dormant accounts and escheatment accurately and timely.


Responsible for processing exception payrolls timely and accurately.


Responsible for all aspects of levy processing and appropriate account holds.


Responsible for supply orderings for the department.


Responsible for processing loan payments timely and accurately.


Assist in Mobile Deposit Capture as needed.


Primary back-up for Digital Services-OLB/Mobile Specialist


  • Provides technical support and participates in employee training for the intranet, online and mobile banking.
  • Maintains user accounts for access in NCR Admin Platform, Customer Service Tools, and other applications.

  • Maintains an archive of all information published on any digital product or service.

  • Documents all procedures and maintains appropriate logs.

  • Provides member support for all digital products and services including, but not limited to, online banking, bill pay, and bill pay registration, secure forms, and secure email and chat.

  • Maintains plans and prioritization for projects, strategic changes, and implementation.

  • Assists OLB/Mobile Specialist and Digital Services Director with special projects as assigned.

  • Works with external vendors on special events, promotions, or marketing campaigns.

  • Stays appraised of industry trends and all applicable digital technologies.

  • Refreshes online and mobile content to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information and images.


Ability to perform other Digital Services Department duties as assigned.


Exercise awareness in regard to suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior as it relates to cash transactions and overall transaction activity and document any such behavior so SAR filings can be considered.


Ensure compliance with all safety, security and compliance programs including but not limited to BSA, AML, OFAC, Branch Security and Safety.


Perform all other related duties as assigned.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Associate degree from a two-year college or school; or two to three years’ experience in a financial institution; or equivalent combination of education, experience or training. Working knowledge of checking, levies, and digital technology preferred.
