NAFI RI is seeking an energetic and creative Direct Care Professionals for our Adult Residential Program located in Smithfield RI. Lincoln House supports and provides treatment to 6 adult male residents.Direct Care Professionals provide direct supervision to residents in the milieu; ideal candidates are eager to work directly with residents and provide engagement and interaction; act as a role model and caring adult to residents. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: observing and documenting resident activity, implementation of the daily schedule along with education and support of daily living skills.
Interested applicants should possess good organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, provide crisis stabilization, be able to work independently and as part of a team.
