The right person for this role is someone who has a deep understanding of direct response marketing — in other words, you’ll need an extensive knowledge of paid ads, webinar funnels, low-ticket and high-ticket funnels, VSL funnels, and other direct response marketing campaigns.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for creating and actioning project plans, and handling up to 5/6 clients who all may have 5-10 ongoing tasks at a time, from copywriting to tech integration.

You’ll need to have an excellent understanding of:

- Long and short-form sales pages, upsells, downsells, FB/IG/LinkedIn/YouTube ads, webinars, email marketing, high-ticket coaching packages, e-commerce, and info products.

- How to budget and read metrics within Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube ads (we have media buyers, but you’ll want to have a solid understanding of how to translate the data into strategy), as well as a basic understanding of platforms like Clickfunnels, Wordpress, ActiveCampaign, Keap, and Kajabi.

- How to see gaps in a clients’ existing strategy to build a new, high-converting funnel

- And how to keep clients feeling attended to, cared about, and valued

This role is NOT for someone who is an SEO expert, content manager, or inbound marketing specialist. This is strictly direct response marketing and requires an individual who has experience managing direct response marketing campaigns.

Other Requirements:

– At least 2 years’ experience planning, managing, and executing direct response marketing campaigns

– At least 2 years’ experience working as a client, operations and project manager for fast-paced entrepreneurs

– A good understanding of digital marketing metrics and how digital marketing agencies deliver results for their clients — this is NOT an inbound, SEO, or content marketing agency (if you don’t know what a funnel is, you probably won’t be a fit)

– Done your research on ROImachines.com and can clearly articulate what we’re about, what we do, and who our clients are

– An understanding of all aspects of digital marketing at a basic level – strategy, copywriting, funnel building, email automation, FB ads

– Experience with Monday and Slack

– Basic entrepreneurial traits, including high-level logical thinking and problem-solving (we give every applicant a cognitive test if they’re a good fit for a second interview)

– An extremely professional approach and are able to work under very strict deadlines when called upon

– The readiness to join a team, make exec calls, team calls, and partake in personal development

Basic Info:

Hours: Full-Time 40+ Hours

Salary: $5k-$6k per month

Location: Required to work in our office in Clearwater, FL

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
