Best Care Home Health is looking for a Direct Support Personnel (DSP) professional with a flexible schedule. The DSP Professional is responsible for a variety of duties that support clients in their home as well as out in the community such as assisting with shopping, medical appointments, bill paying, completing paperwork and all aspects of daily living including homemaking. This position requires you to be punctual and to provide accurate daily documentation and maintain assigned client case records in a timely manner. DSP professionals will perform all duties in accordance to a care plan designed to maintain the clients independence.

Requirements: High School Diploma, Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities- preferred. (Personal vehicle optional, do not need), You will be required to attend a caregiver training session and learn proper safety and emergency procedures.
