Now hiring for F/T & P/T Time Rock-Star Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work with our individuals with Developmental Disabilities. MCA provides all necessary skills training to become a successful DSP. The goal is to foster increased independence, personal choice, and empowerment! The DSP is a life assistant! If the individual can accomplish 60% of a task, the DSP helps with the other 40%. If the individual can accomplish 95% of the task, the DSP helps fill the other 5% gap to accomplish the goal. Increased independence is the goal!

· Companionship and conversations

· Meal preparation & light housekeeping

· Medication and appointment reminders

· Assisting with self-hygiene and life skills

If you have and can complete the following, you might be the candidate we are searching for:

• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
• Ability to complete a criminal background check
• Have a High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to complete required documentation
• Compassion, kindness and willingness to make a difference

Salary: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
