Residential Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide encouragement, mentoring and coaching to assist individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in achieving their goals. DSPs are responsible for providing hands-on assistance, instruction and guidance, while working with the individuals in their daily lives, living their lives with them.

Minimum Qualifications:
