Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing leadership and management for the Network Supply Chain Services teams. This position will enable data-driven decision-making by building the capability to translate data into actionable insights. Work with business partners to develop predictive analytics solutions that enable data-driven strategic decision-making. This role utilizes data science techniques to manipulate large structured and unstructured data sets, identify patterns in raw data, and develop models to predict the likelihood of a future market outcome and/or optimize business solutions.

Education - Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Data Analytics.

Education - Preferred

• Master's Degree (MBA) preferred with a concentration in Data Analytics.

Experience - Required

• 7 years’ experience delivering analytic results working within database management, and analytics and

• 3 years’ experience working in a management or leadership capacity.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Required

• Strong executive-level facing skills and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts with confidence to nontechnical executive audiences.

• Experience with strategic planning using quantitative techniques.

• Experience ramping up analytics programs, including integrating with work of other teams to ensure analytics approach is aligned with department/supply chain strategy and available data.

• Data analysis: The ability to interpret data and draw conclusions from it. Advanced analytic capability with data visualization, including experience with tools such as SQL, Tableau and Webi. Microsoft Excel skills and extensive use, including pivot tables, charts, and slicers.

• Communication: Ability to convey complex information to others in a way they can understand. Dynamic influencing, communication, and facilitative skills across cultures and geographies

• Technology: Ability to use software and hardware to analyze data at an advanced level. Including knowledge of the

latest software and tools for data analysis
