DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?:
WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead our Law Firm accounting and consulting services and be able to design potential solutions for prospective clients and existing clients.
  • Lead and deliver on client engagements, working closely with client, team and Partners
  • Manage key components of client engagements including strategy, planning, risk assessment, team management, budget management and delivery of exceptional client service
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client sponsors. Network internally and externally to grow the business
  • Understand our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients, identify prospective opportunities and deliver proposals
  • Assist partners and senior leaders with generating new business opportunities and building client networks and relationships.
  • Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and developing our growing team of professionals.
  • Manage and support the development of our team members
  • Contribute to our team environment, fostering an engaging, collaborative and positive culture
  • Own and manage selected key practice initiatives and metrics
  • Provide thought leadership and insightful recommendations surrounding a broad range of complex issues related to business processes and controls by leveraging expertise and experience.
  • Manage clients, team, billings, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related major. MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in a progressive public accounting firm, law firm or consulting firm with management experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role with broad exposure to daily operations while leading and managing teams of consultants
  • Organizational Leadership: Experience and confidence in leading high-performance team goals, metrics, programs, initiatives, and priorities
  • Operations Excellence: Experience establishing and implementing scorecards, programs, tools and processes that an organization uniformly uses to execute initiatives
  • Organizational Agility: Can navigate and lead a complex organization to reach a goal or objective; experienced with projects driving significant change and is effective at positioning gives/gets and has outstanding executive presence and presentation skills.
  • Proven communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and priorities across client senior executives and organizational boundaries
  • People Management: Experience in various levels of staff and their professional skills development; hiring and managing attrition
