Position Summary

The Director of Marketing Communications will lead and coach the Global Marketing Communications team to ensure that our clinical and product content and our presence at tradeshows follow the BK strategy and support sales in generating growth.

Essential Job Duties

  • Draw up and execute content strategies for key markets in collaboration with Product Strategy and Field Marketing
  • Ensure all BK Medical customer facing content including collaterals, website, social media presence follows the BK medical company story and product strategy.
  • Ensure that there is a progressive, achievable, and measurable digital marketing program in place with regular cadence for blogs, social posts and campaigns with monthly reporting.
  • Prepare reports for marketing activities—digital ROI, market awareness, leads and opportunity across the three main markets
  • Play a key role in the integration of the marketing function into the GEHC organization as appropriate
  • Work with counterparts from GE Healthcare to ensure that best practices are implemented at BK
  • Work with Field Marketing to define the role in downstream activities in major European countries and distributor countries.
  • Ensure that BKs worldwide presence at relevant tradeshows is optimal and creating most interest and leads
  • Ensure that the activities at tradeshows, digital marketing, and creating of collaterals remain within the budgetary guidelines
  • Execute and Manage the flow of Leads from Product Launch Campaigns, Digital Campaigns, IB Campaigns, End User Webinars, Localized Websites (Germany, China) to CRM to Orders in each market (funnel).

Qualifications Required

  • 7+ years of leading downstream marketing teams, with emphasis on planning and delivering materials (videos, digital and physical assets) in a timely fashion.
  • Planning and overseeing bk medicals content plans and digital and tradeshow plans to coordinate with bk’s business plans.
  • Ability to plan and execute on decided budgets for all marketing projects.
  • Expertise in leading, coaching and motivating high performance teams in fast paced environment
  • Experience managing teams and supporting employees across multiple countries and locations
  • Ability to influence and coordinate with diverse stakeholders from across the company with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
