Schedule:Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Salary: $90,000 / year
Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, the Director of Culture and Engagement champions programming, strategy, and analytics connected to overall employee satisfaction and wellbeing. Working collaboratively with HR leadership, Training, and divisional leadership, this individual develops and drives forward strategic initiatives that promote employee development, increase employee engagement, improve retention, embed diversity, equity, and inclusion, and bolster Vinfen as an employer of choice and a culture that lives its mission.
The Director of Culture and Engagement also:
- Promotes a positive working environment that promotes Vinfen's priority of being the employer of choice in the human services sector. Collaborates with HR leadership and divisional leadership to develop programming that meets the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Authors and designs internal employee engagement communications; aligns content, messaging, design, and delivery methodology; works collaboratively with Communications Department, as needed.
- Co-leads the development, distribution, collection, and analysis of employee surveys. Performs administrative duties associated with these duties.
- Oversees the administration of employee recognition activities and programming.
- Partners in the running and support of Vinfen's Diversity & Inclusion Council.
- In collaboration with other HR stakeholders, develops and sustains new hire engagement through surveys and outreach; measures effectiveness and outcomes of these activities.
- Works with stakeholders across company in developing, promoting, and sustaining advocacy and D&I initiatives; strategizes and develops methods to strongly embed these initiatives into workplace culture and programming.
- Partners with the Training Department, divisional leadership, and other HR leaders in the development and execution of employee advancement initiatives including Mentorship programming
- Acts as a SME on engagement and employee development tools and applications; performs administrative task in these systems as required.
- Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Wellness Initiatives and assists in the steering of the Wellness Committee.
- Acts as the primary administrator of wellness programs ensuring that they are properly run, tracked, and promoted. Makes recommendations and champions programs that both increase employee wellness as well as impact employee healthcare costs. Researches and provides data to support changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of employees, the organization, and wellness trends. Monitors, analyzes, and reports on employee wellness data to inform decision making.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources related discipline required. Additional training or degree in business, communication, and marketing strategy or related field highly desired. Master's degree strongly preferred.
- Must have a minimum of five to seven years' progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on engagement, employee experience, employee relations, D&I, recruiting, or similar discipline
- Have strong demonstrated writing, organizational, and project planning skills
- Able to operate as a team player who enjoys building, creating, and executing new strategies
- Able to be comfortable with the uncertain and is motivated to move forward, make decisions, and finalize details quickly once information is available
- Possesses strong Microsoft Excel skills, is data-driven and results-oriented with proven ability to manage data/metrics and make data informed decisions
- Has exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Must be able to pass a multistate criminal, reference, education and employment verification background check
