Encore Technologies is seeking a Director of Digital Strategy to work for a client in Chillicothe, OH. This role will be worked 4 - 8 days a month from the office, and the rest can be remote. The client has a strong preference for candidates that live within a 5 hour drive of Chillicothe, OH.
Qualified candidates MUST be vaccinated against COVID-19.
This role will lead the strategy, development and management of organization's digital presence, including teams supporting digital marketing and digital experience (website, intranet, CMS, social media, etc.). A strong strategic thinker, the Director will develop the organization's digital roadmap, working with internal and external resources and cross-functional team, to drive web strategy, maturing modern marketing approaches balancing data, technology, design, and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and measurement of the organization’s digital marketing and marketing technology strategy, ensuring alignment with department and organizational objectives.
- Develop and mentor team supporting all areas of digital marketing and technology, including website and intranet, CRM, email marketing, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, content strategy, and social media.
- Manage vendors, contracts, and project budgets to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Work as part of department leadership team and align objectives with marketing and integrated communications and brand colleagues.
- Employ a conversion-first strategy supporting the departments shared objectives and optimizing approach to strengthen outcomes.
- Guide the next stage of development of the organizations core, customer-facing web site, focused on content optimization and expanded functionality and take ownership of ongoing website operations and improvements. The Director will oversee the end-to-end strategy of the site and integration with relevant digital touchpoints.
- Lead the re-development of organization's intranet, ensuring optimal user experience and content strategy that aligns with internal stakeholders.
- Develop a data driven approach to evaluate digital marketing efforts through effective reporting capabilities and analysis, including the use of business intelligence tools, digital, and social media analytics and dashboards to measure and inform call to action, funnel attribution, ROI, segmentation, and market research efforts.
- Partner with leaders from other internal departments including Human Resources and other business units to meet organizational needs
- Influence and advise key stakeholders and senior leadership on best practices, usability, research, and key performance indicators to support and deploy best in class digital customer touchpoints.
- Serve as a role model for direct reports and other team members by promoting service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
- Master’s Degree preferred

Pay: $86,000.00 - $143,000.00 per year
