As Director of Finance & Sales Operations you will be the finance business partner for our Patient Experience business, a division of CorEvitas. As the lead finance business partner, you will be required to perform complex financial analysis, create accurate, transparent and timely reports to support leadership decision. This role will routinely collaborate with key functional areas outside of Finance e.g., executive leadership, business development, operations, project management, biostats, epidemiology and IT on critical strategic and operational projects. Along with supporting Patient Experience, you will be the lead for our sales operations, a newly created position directly supporting our Chief Growth Officer. In this role, you will be working across divisions, helping to support pricing, commercial sales and analytical support to drive future growth.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide decision support to business management through the creation of decision tools, models, presentations, and dashboards
  • Participate in long-term strategic planning processes
  • Engage in M&A activities, including both the evaluation of prospective targets and post-merger integration
  • Maintain a thorough, up to date understanding of the Patient Experience business unit service offerings, along with real-world evidence/clinical research & pharma landscapes and trends
  • Interface across all functional areas to assist in ongoing forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Prepare budget/forecast reports and analyses in support of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and financial reporting activities to CorEvitas’ Executive team
  • Assist in the proposal development process for new business opportunities, including management of detailed financial models to support pricing
  • Become an SME of the newly implemented ERP system, including helping to assess and prioritize future functionality releases.

  • Ability to leverage CRM (Salesforce) to provide analytics support and metrics to further enable and support our business development team

  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Additional Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in FP&A, public accounting, management consulting, strategy, or similar analytical function (or a combination thereof)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience in Salesforce, NetSuite, Hyperion and FinancialForce preferred
