Hubbard Hill is seeking a Director to serve its Living Wisdom Community (LWC) in Elkhart, IN.
As a Director of LWC, you will lead and direct the overall operation of the LWC campus in accordance with resident needs, government regulations, and campus policy and procedures.

Job Duties:
- Manage and provide leadership to a clinical team
- Make rounds to all four households in the community
- Serve as a liaison with the CEO, COO, Medical Director, and department managers by attending routine leadership meetings
- Recruit, interview, hire and provide dementia certification training to staff
- Review and develop a plan of correction for deficiencies noted during LWC inspections
- Development and implement organizational policies and procedures
Desired Qualifications:
- 2-3 years gerontological experience, 2-3 years dementia specific experience
- Clinical licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a plus
- Passion to serve residents and families dealing with a dementia journey
- Current on rules, regulations, and other dementia practice authorities
- Creativity and quality leadership skills and the ability to coordinate exemplary care across all disciplines
