The Director of Resident Services, otherwise known as the Director of Nursing (DON), primary responsibilities are to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Responsible for delivering and supervising the nursing care of our residents.

Zon Beachside is the leading Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Brevard County and we are looking for an outstanding leader to continue our tradition of providing exceptional services.

Must possess exceptional customer service skills and a love for the older adult population including Alzheimer's and dementia residents.

Requirements:

• Must have a current, active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Must be a Customer Service Superstar.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with other team members, residents and families.
