Job Description

The Operations Director at Chick-fil-A at Balk Hill FSR delivers operational excellence, fosters personal growth of its Team Members, and delivers quality customer experiences. The Operations Director reports directly to the Restaurant Owner/Operator and develops all Managers and mid-level leaders on the leadership team. The Operations Director sets the standard for operational excellence and leads by example.

5. Create a Good Guest Experience

• Ensure cleanliness, speed, and taste remain in the top 20%
• Ensure hospitality is REMARK-able by demonstrating second-mile service
• Ensure table touch-ins are consistently performed by dining room staff

Desired Qualifications

• 4 Year Higher Education Degree or beyond preferred
• 4-5 years of leadership experience leading a large team
• 4 years or more of experience within the restaurant or food industry
• Experience in both Front of House and Back of House operations of a restaurant
• 40 - 45 hours a week availability, evening and Saturday availability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified
• Experience working in a Chick-fil-A restaurant is a plus

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.
