We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations for our Mobile Testing Division. The right candidate will join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. Position Overview:

The Director of Operations for the Mobile Testing division will join a team of leaders at CORE, all of which play a role in accelerating major strategic initiatives to provide excellent client service and drive profitable growth. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to engage and interact with clients, senior leaders across CORE and other key stakeholders. Our team will provide support across business units to ensure you have the tools, resources and thought-leadership to create the most comprehensive business strategy enabling CORE to make sound business decisions.

As the Director of Operations for the Mobile Testing division and in a leadership role at CORE, you will spend your time:

• Facilitating strategies to drive conversations into practical applications. Move ideas to action!
• Project Managing to support execution of key initiatives
• Managing Stakeholders to identify, influence, align and engage key stakeholders
• Strategic consulting support for the division and as part of the leadership team.
• Problem solving by structuring and coordinating / leading cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
• Performing industry and competitive assessments to drive business and strategy for the division and as part of the leadership team.
• Influencing and engaging business peers on the strategic direction and actions to be taken, using the power of data, insights, and analysis

• Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.
• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics management preferred.

Licensures/Certification:

• Valid motor vehicle license and clear driving record required.
