SUMMARY

The Director of Parking & External Operations is responsible for coordinating the parking operations in support of all New England Patriot, New England Revolution and Concerts/Special Events held at Gillette Stadium. In addition, the Director of Parking & External Operations is responsible for exterior site maintenance, fleet management, snow removal and shall assist with site development as it relates to traffic management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a close business relationship and coordinate with Mass DOT, State Police, Foxborough Police and Fire on all aspects of the Parking Operations.
• Maintain a close business relationship with satellite lot owners.
• Provide oversight and management of staff within the Parking department to include the Assistant Director, Parking & Site Operations, Parking Operations Senior Manager and Site Operations Coordinator.
• Manage and regularly update Gillette Stadiums DOT Traffic Management Plan.
• Plan all operational needs to support parking operations for events at Gillette Stadium.
• Coordinate with Law Enforcement as directed to ensure the safe and efficient operations for all events and daily activities.
• Leverage technology to enhance the event day experience for customers and staff.
• Develop and document department specific standard operating procedures for all aspects of the event operation and integrate them with relevant Agency operating procedures (e.g. emergency response) as necessary.
• Coordinate site maintenance/upkeep
• Oversee fleet management for Gillette stadium.
• Oversee staff performance and provide counselling as needed in coordination with Human Resources.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates
• Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years relevant parking and or operations experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong operational background
• Strong management skills with large work force (200+ people)
• Ability to mentor and train staff
• Broad understanding of computer systems
• Strong communication skills

• Available to work all mandatory full Stadium events

• United States Department of Transportation Health Certificate
• Massachusetts Department of Public Safety Hoisting License, classification 1C, 2A
