DMM is looking for a self-driven, dynamic, and creative Performance Marketing Leader to join our growing Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing team. This individual will have proven experience in managing multiple media channels, including but not limited to, search, social, native and display, with the ability to manage both internal media buying and affiliate/publisher traffic. This person will be the leader of the team, managing Media Buyers, Digital Marketing Specialists, Affiliate Managers, Account Managers, and more.
The overall goal for the Director of Performance Marketing is to generate high quality, compliant clicks, leads and calls at scale for DMM and our clients across multiple verticals, including Insurance, Financial Services, Home Services, and more. The Director of Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving the overall strategy, media and channel planning, optimizations, and reporting, as well as finding, vetting and scaling new Affiliates and Publishers to drive additional traffic to our offers. In general, we are looking for an exceptional Leader who can continue to fortify and scale DMM’s best-in-class Lead Generation program.
A successful Director of Performance Marketing at DMM will be a dynamic and self-driven individual who shows a strong acumen for multi-channel marketing, project management, media buying, performance marketing, and working cross-functionally and or managing a team of high impact digital marketing professionals. This individual will be able to create, articulate and execute a clear lead generation vision and plan, making adjustments as necessary, in pursuit of achieving the company’s goals. The Director of Performance Marketing will have the ability to expand our lead generation offers to ensure we own a strong breadth of brands, campaigns and customers. This individual will have a strong knowledge of the Pay Per Call and Lead Generation industry, with the ability to identify, secure and maintain key partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution and optimization of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms, as well as manage internal media bidding and Affiliate/Publisher Traffic Performance, ensuring each campaign stays ahead of both Client and Internal KPI requirements. As the division grows, this position will manage the team of Media Buyers and Affiliate Managers responsible for our traffic growth.
  • Source, qualify, and scale new Affiliate/Publishers to drive traffic to our offers, ensuring each new partner meets the high standards of DMM’s quality and compliance requirements. Analyze each active media partner on an ongoing basis, ensuring they meet our given performance KPI requirements, and pausing/removing those that don’t.
  • Conceptualize and implement strategies for digital marketing campaigns that align with the demand from the Business Development team in the given period.
  • Collaborate with web development to idealize, build and launch new landing pages and ad units. Execute A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages and ad creatives, ensuring we continuously optimize content to increase conversion performance and enhance the customer experience.
  • Responsible for creating and delivering analytics reports on the health of each channel and campaign to Senior Leadership. This individual will have the desire to create their own voice and direction in these reports, driving the direction of how the team handles the reporting of our data analytics.
  • Stay current with industry trends, news, technologies, marketing strategies, and best practices, ensuring DMM stays ahead of the curve.
  • Help prospect and explore new potential advertising, publishing or affiliate networks.
  • Perform competitive research and other tasks as needed.
  • Creative social media ideation and post generation to drive engagement.
  • Social media marketing including creative ideation, content writing of posts to drive engagement and built brand awareness (i.e., Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Manage and oversee compliance and compliance softwares implementation.
  • Work cross-functionally with Development and IT teams to ensure accurate, seamless and efficient website development, software and technology integrations, and more.

Requirements:

  • Extensive and diversified background with at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of affiliate program softwares and affiliate integration using Everflow and other preferred tracking platforms.
  • Ability to analyze key metrics (conversion rates, EPC’s and other common KPIs) to optimize publisher performance.
  • Knowledge of Pay-Per-Call marketing a ++.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Lead Generation a ++.
