What is the Role?
This is a director-level role (reporting directly to the COO) in the Product Management team so you'll have the agency, autonomy, and responsibility to:
- Work closely with BD, Marketing, and Commercial stakeholders to establish business requirements and goals, develop the product marketing strategy and materials, and drive the go-to-market and revenue growth of new and existing products
- Work closely with the Product-, Operational-, and Eng- teams to design and build improvements that elevate the programmatic buying experience of DOOH and deliver business impact

- Deeply engaging with engineering teams in sprint ceremonies to serve as a domain expert and advocate for the market/customer's needs
- Establishing priorities from the capture of commercial/operational/user feedback and opportunities for upcoming and future improvements
- Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to build alignment on drive product roadmap delivery
- Clarifying, monitoring, and managing the product KPIs
- Regular broadcast of the roadmap to internal teams and key external partners
- Serve as the primary interface for collaboration & communication for stakeholders and business users
- Promote product knowledge to internal PX teams with synchronous and asynchronous training and product materials
This role can be either hybrid (our office is located in NYC) or remote, but this employee MUST be able to work Eastern Time hours.
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent presenter, meeting leader, and communicator with strong negotiation, organizational, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with marketing and commercial leads to take products to market
- 7+ years of Product Management/Marketing/Strategy experience at a technology B2B/platform company
- Experience using ad platforms and building ad products (buy-side experience is a plus)
- Extensive experience creating documentation including business cases, functional specs and use-case illustrations, PRDs, and user stories
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Detail-oriented self-starter, capable of staying on track and pursuing progress without supervision
- Computer Science degree a plus (preferred but not required).
Compensation:
For those based in New York City, the expected compensation for this role at time of hire is a salary range of $160,000 - $190,000, plus bonus (based on level and performance), and stock options. Exact compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers as well as market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position and the location of the candidate. A candidate's compensation will be based on the role and level they are hired for, which may be different than the role they applied for.
