Title: Director of Production
Location: On Site (Jacksonville, FL)
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + Year End Bonus

What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented leader who will oversee all aspects of manufacturing and order fulfillment. Some tasks but not limited to are the following:
- Direct all aspects of Order Fulfillment including production planning, order processing, pick/pack and shipping.
- Manage manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Develop, implement and lead quality standards & continuous improvement through development of standard operating procedures, training, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain department metrics.
- Ensure compliance with occupational and safety regulations
- Ensure that inventory is tracked accurately
- Drive business performance through effective leadership and management principles.
- Implement strategic initiatives with the goal of optimizing the operations team in terms of costs, efficiencies, and qualit.
