Tilled is seeking a Director of Rev Ops to drive efficient and strategic processes, systems, analysis, and collaboration as we scale the GTM functions.


Key Responsibilities


This position will work cross-functionally with the CRO, Sales, Marketing & Customer Success Leadership to stand up the RevOps Group within the Revenue Organization including, but not limited to

  • Revenue Enablement – oversee the build-out and management of Tilled’s Revenue Enablement function including Sales Enablement, Marketing Enablement and Success Enablement.

  • Customer Journey – Be the steward of a seamless, continuous, and fully aligned customer journey. Support cross-functional strategic initiatives and link strategy to operations by partnering with key business partners including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance

  • Platform - Deploy a unified RevOps Platform including MarText, CRM and CS solutions. Own the systems and processes that enable scalable revenue growth and data gathering throughout the GTM process.

  • Data – implementation of a fully aligned data layer across the Revenue Organization and beyond. Establish the metrics and visibility to understand the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation through deal close and account growth.

  • Analytics – Build a team and platform for of analytic decision-making capability on real-time data. Responsible for steering all analyses and recurring reports/dashboards (e.g. metric (KPI) progress, pipeline analysis, board materials)

  • Revenue Finance – Work closely with the finance team to create an operational finance model providing key updates to the revenue leaders on a regular basis.

  • People – Build a RevOps team that works like clockwork, both internally and with the other stakeholders in our RevOps journey!

  • Performance – Be the eyes and ears of the CRO; promoting what is important to monitor, adjust to and scale. Design and launch processes, workflows, and automations that drive internal efficiencies and up-level the effectiveness of our teams and deliver greater value to our partners.

  • Predictability – You are scalability minded, with an eye for process and a drive for continuous improvement. Across all of the above, you bring a high level of predictability and capacity awareness to the future performance of Tilled’s Revenue Organization


Here’s Who You Are:


  • A seasoned RevOps professional who is self-motivated and results-obsessed
  • 4-6 years’ experience in RevOps, in addition to 3-5 years’ experience is Sales Ops and/or Customer Success.
  • A team player who works well with other teams and departments, but is committed to building and managing all aspects of the RevOps Group within the Revenue Organization, including systems, processes, and diagnostics
  • Someone who loves to plan out financial modelling in excel as much as they love to build out a requirements list of performance dashboards
  • Authorized to work in the United States and a resident in a United States time zone
  • Comfortable with remote work
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be resident in a United States time zone.
