Seeking Experienced Director of Sales and Marketing-Resort

St Pete Beach Resort boasting 375+ rooms and 30,000 square feet of flexible function space is seeking a dynamic, motivated, proven Sales and Marketing leader who can maintain, develop and implement ongoing strategic Group and Event Booking initiatives that allow maximization of overall hotel revenues and profits. The position is responsible for selling group rooms, ancillary revenue and managing both retail and wholesale channel contribution.

Strong knowledge and discipline in Profit and Loss Statements, Annual Forecasts, Pace, STR,OTA Insight, Amadeus (Agency 360, Demand 360 and Rate 360) Cvent and Knowland tools.

Delphi and Opera experience is a plus.

Self-driven to meet and exceed established goals.

This position is based on property, not remote, supporting all Sales efforts including off property functions, trade shows out of state, and onsite coverage of events.

Responsible for maintaining and growing a solid following on Social Media and PR Strategies.
