Saint Michael and All Angels, a resource sized Episcopal parish in the heart of Dallas, TX, is seeking a proven leader and committed follower of Jesus Christ to provide adaptive leadership and oversight to the youth ministry (6th-12th Grade). The primary goal of the ministry is to form disciples of Jesus Christ, connecting students deeper into the congregation and to each other, in order to spread God’s love. The Director of Youth Ministry will first and foremost build a strong, relational, effective staff team to build and implement the vision for youth ministry at Saint Michael. With this team, the Director will be responsible for supporting and empowering volunteers, equipping parents as faith builders at home, and serving as advocates for youth in the church life. Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
