We have an excellent corporate support role for someone with a healthcare background who is passionate about Reporting, Analytics and Communications!!
As a full time, exempt Director, Proposal Management with CPS Solutions, LLC you will provide timely and accurate pharmacy services messaging & support for all sites within assigned Division. Additionally you will perform in-depth review and development of reporting (dashboard and scorecards) to meet the contractual obligations to both clients and vendors with regards to reporting. This entails:
  • Evaluating trends, risks, and recommends solutions or other corrective actions to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Providing superior customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Having the ability to lead or work collaboratively with all team members.
  • Providing timely and accurate pharmacy services messaging & support for all sites within assigned Division.
  • Performing in-depth review and development of reporting (dashboard and scorecards) to meet the contractual obligations to both clients and vendors with regards to reporting.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Inpatient Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience and aptitude for acquiring strong industry knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language and marketing messaging
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with internal and external clients
  • Experience in healthcare operations preferred
  • Pharmacy experience focused on value proposition messaging
  • High level experience with complex analytics in the pharmacy environment
