Inspired both by the Sedgwick’s bakery, Theo’s Brother’s Bakery, and travels to California throughout the years, TBB 122 is the community-oriented space Alpharetta truly needed. TBB 122 is located on quaint Marietta street behind the original PURE taqueria™ in the newly-restored 1850’s home of the Benson Family. Years ago, a flourishing backyard garden surrounded the Benson home, now home to lush European landscaping and TBB’s own raised garden bed.
While sharing many of the beloved aspects of Theo’s, TBB brings another aspect to the table with full-service breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, while also allowing Guests the ease of grabbing a delicious prepared meal to go, a cold-pressed juice, and local retail selections. We recognize the impact that food and gathering around the table has on cultivating a community between both our guests, our team, and our owners. Our main goals include fostering this community, supporting local farms and small businesses by prioritizing produce and proteins that are handled with care, in addition to supporting small wineries that have natural/organic/biodynamic farming practices.
Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities
- Use and monitor the Dishwashing Machine properly at all times
- Keep all areas supplied with clean and sanitized plates, glasses, utensils and cooking equipment
- Bag and remove wastes and trash properly throughout the shift
- Keep the dish and prep areas clean throughout the shift
- Keep the garbage cans/dumpster clean
- Carry, stack, store and clean plates, glassware and utensils properly. Avoid unnecessary breakage, and do not carelessly throw small wares in the trash
- Maintain a clean workplace and floor and address spills immediately
- Works as a team at all times with the other members of the BOH staff and assists others whenever possible
- Contribute to a positive, productive working environment for all team members at all times by maintaining a happy professional attitude while at work
- Assist with culinary preparations as needed
Qualification
- Must be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA
- Must be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop as needed
- Must be able to work effectively while standing for up to 10 hours per day
- Must be able to safely lift bags, cases and dish racks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift
