Dishwasher / Prep Cook Postion Requirements:

• Morning and daytime availability, no nights! Typical schedules are Friday thru Sunday, 730am - 230pm. Schedule vary based on business needs.
• Ability to learn and develop skills to master all kitchen stations.
• Must have weekend availabily
• Current ServSafe certification required or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Ability to thive in a fast paced environment
• Drivers licence required
• MUST be guest and service focused
• Team players ONLY. We all work together to create the best experience to all our guests. That means EVERYONE cleans and does dishes when needed. All staff leaves together, we dont leave our people behind!

Dishwasher / Prep Cook Responsibilities:

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
• Wash and stock dishes
• Assist servers with bussing and resetting tables
• Follow our amazing recipes and use only the freshest ingredients
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station
• Practices safe food and beverage handling and always clean up
• Safely handles food prep equipment such as knives, ovens, slicers, etc. NO Fryers to clean!!
• All other duties as assigned by MGMT

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily while possessing dependability and exceptional teamwork skills

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
