VuePoint Diagnostics is a fast-growing mobile x-ray company searching for a full time Dispatch Agent at our Attalla, AL office.

We provide diagnostic imaging in a variety of community health care settings, including nursing facilities, assisted living and senior care communities, private residences and many other settings. As a dispatch agent, you are responsible for taking calls and entering all exam orders as efficiently as possible then dispatch the exams to the assigned technologists in the area the exam is needed. Dispatch agents report to the Dispatch Manager.

Expectations:

• Route technologists to the correct work assignment based on geographical needs and type of diagnostic test requested
• Clocking in/out on time and not collecting unnecessary overtime
• Assist with all phone calls and route accordingly
• Monitor timely completion of exams and report delivery
• Communicate to Customers and leadership effectively
• Collect and organize paperwork from technologists to billing department
• Obtain knowledge of all Vuepoint Diagnostics policies and procedures
• Drive quality by demonstrating a high level of customer service
• All other clerical tasks assigned
• Minimum 1 year previous experience with customer service
• Valid Driver’s License and maintains good driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to ensure confidentiality of all patients and other relevant information under HIPAA Guidelines

• Highschool education or greater, required
  

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Outlook, IOS.
