Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferable disciplines include administration, Project management, Public Administration, Engineering, or strategic management).
• Experience in project coordination and oversight activities related to new construction or installation, restoration, service life extension, demolition/removal, and refurbishment of facilities.
• 10 years experience in managing programs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
• Team-management and leadership skills
• Experience working in transportation is an additional advantage.

Job Description

a)Serve as POC: Airspace District Project implementation and coordination related issues.

b) Facilitate/Coordinate operational and project implementation efforts at the District Level to maximize efficiency and resource utilization.

c) Minimize project implementation impacts on Operations - Management Analysis.

d) Strengthen relationship of all participants and stakeholders within the airspace Districts Administrative/Office Management Support.

e) Also required to provide professional services for

• project coordination,
• resource management,
• business management,
• communications,
• operations and integration,
• and management analysis
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans,
• project schedules,

Other Responsibilities

• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Developing project strategies.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
