POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides general clerical support and assistance in an office environment on a higher level which may include duties in multiple departments.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CDMS Experience Required
- Daily Ticket Entry
- Issue PO’s
- Assist with ensuring PO Process is followed and completed correctly
- Daily Invoicing
- Create new jobs in system
- Review payroll with manager and submit payroll and any corrections
- Participate in month end – reviewing and submitting accruals for both AR and AP
- Ad hoc reporting of division reports
- Participate with collection of past due invoices
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Filing, sorting, distributing/delivering mail
- Taking applications
- Assist with new hires
- Preparing timesheets for payroll
- Recording Man-hours
- Recording USES audits
- Setting up medical screening for employees
- General support for Project Managers and Division Managers
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Use logical, step-by-step procedures in work
- Work with great accuracy
- Perform the same work repeatedly
- Knowledge of general business and company procedures
- Proficient typing of 50 - 55 WPM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Must be courteous, professional and diplomatic in dealing with external contacts
- High School Diploma required
- Associates in Accounting a plus
- 3 to 5 years’ experience required
