Our client has asked us to conduct a confidential search for a skilled Division Controller who would be responsible for the overall coordination of the financial planning activities of the company including: annual budget processes, forecasting and internal reporting, and reviewing/approving general accounting practices for their team. This direct hire opportunity pays up to $120K and offers generous benefits.

Skills/Requirements to be successful in this role include:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting/financial/analysis experience with 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, federal and state financial regulations, general ledger analysis, and financial reporting
• Ability to meet all audit, managerial, operational (budget variance) and governance reporting requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills with a strong sense of ethics, attention to detail, and the ability to raise issues/concerns in a professional manner
• Ability to develop personnel by planning, monitoring and appraising job performance, coaching and counseling as necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel
• Experience with a fully integrated ERP LN system
