POSITION: DIVISION ORDER ANALYST
Position Overview and Responsibilities
Functions

1. Review of Title Opinions, Title related documents, Agreements and Oil and Gas Leases.
2. Ensure curative requirements are met prior to distribution of revenue
3. Monitor and maintain Suspense files during resolution and release
4. Process conveyances and address updates
5. Create and maintain division of interests and corresponding joint interest billing and revenue (pay) decks including marketing burden groups and BPO and APO decks when necessary
6. Ensure all Division Order records are updated timely for infill wells and process unit reformations within Division Order Land system
7. Complex analysis of complicated calculations of interest, including but not limited to apportionment, ORRI, NRI, and DOI
8. Thorough review of Pooling Declarations, Unit Tabulations, and create working interest NRI/burden spreadsheets when required
9. Verify company owned interests on any outside operated division order
10. Ensure partners and landowners are sent appropriate land documents to support revenue/royalty interest.
11. Assist with projects requiring research, analysis, and interface with different departments
12. Review of funds to be escheated and assist with unclaimed property audits when required
13. Respond to internal and revenue/royalty owner inquiry communications.
14. Workflow and RDS tracking; Monthly RDS processing by Division Order cutoff
15. Submit MDM vendor requests
16. Create, organize, and maintain electronic Division Order files
17. Provide updates to Manager for weekly and monthly department reports
18. Participate in weekly development and department meetings
19. Responsible for monthly monitoring of all Division Order data integrity reports.

Required Education, Skills and Experience

1. High School Diploma Required
2. 5+ years of relevant work experience
3. Strong technical acumen with MS Office suite
4. Experience with SAP and MyQuorum systems desirable, but not required
5. Experience with Spotfire and Power Bi desirable, but not required
6. Extensive knowledge of interpreting lease language for royalty provisions
