Our Partner company is looking for an Divisional Director of Health and Wellness in Illinois!

• Our Partner is seeking an experienced Divisional Director of Health and Wellness to oversee the health and wellness departments of five senior living locations in Illinois.
• Each locations offer a range of services, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, and we are looking for a Director who can manage these departments with the highest level of care, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• As the Divisional Director of Health and Wellness, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, policies, and procedures for the health and wellness departments.
• You will work closely with each location's executive director and staff to ensure that all residents receive the highest level of care and support.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and an outstanding bonus opportunity that is over 1/4 of your salary. Additionally, you will have a company vehicle, full benefits package, and other perks that make this an unbeatable opportunity for the right candidate.

About You

• An active RN, BSN, or MSN license in good standing
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior living or healthcare leadership role
• A proven track record of success in managing multiple health and wellness departments
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Can be located in any of the following areas in Illinois - Bloomington, Peoria, Bourbonnais, Champagne, Pontiac
