Car Donation Services (CDS) manages Vehicle Donation Programs for over 250 Charities in California. We are a small, privately owned company that has been in business since 1990, located in Martinez. We are a super friendly, very fun and fast paced office. We work with donors that donate their vehicles to a Charity and we work closely with our Charity Partners. We handle the entire process from the initial intake of information, DMV paperwork, resale of the vehicles through paying proceeds to the Charities. We at CDS pride ourselves on the excellent service we provide and strive to make the donation process easy for everyone.

The Donations Specialist is a critical position and often the first point of contact for our donors. They are responsible for working closely with donors on the phone and occasionally in person, as well as 3rd party vendors, such as towing partners, auction and dismantling companies. They handle all aspects of tracking vehicles until they have sold. They process paperwork, including many DMV forms, which require great attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize and adjust to change when needed
• Ability to problem solve and work independently
• Ability to work under pressure, and remain focused
• Must have excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Ability to compose professional emails
• Experience working with DMV Forms a plus
• Time management skills
• Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
• Basic Word & Excel preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
