OPEN HOUSE EVERY THURSDAY 9AM-11AM at 4821 Stamp Road, Temple Hills, MD

Starting salary: $20.75 per hour

We are searching for Professionals who are interested in driving in the Paratransit industry transporting customers with disabilities. CDL NOT REQUIRED! The Paratransit Operator is responsible for Safely operating a van-type vehicle. The primary objective of the Driver is providing Safe, Reliable, and Efficient public transportation. We offer Full-Time Positions ONLY!

Duties:

• Loading and unloading of passengers on/off vehicles.
• Transporting of passengers that are persons with Disabilities .
• Four-point securement of wheelchairs and scooters.
• Escorting passengers from vehicle to/from first portal of locations.
• Provide superior customer service to passengers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to various shifts
• Must possess Driver's License for a 3-year minimum to exclude a provisional license or learners’ permit.
• Able to read a map and have a strong knowledge of the Washington Metropolitan area.
• Possess excellent communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.
• A valid DC, Maryland, or Virginia driver's license.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Read, Write, and Speak English.
• Operate on-board mobile data terminals.
• Have the desire to give back to the community.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
