Responsibilities:
- Interviewing and hiring driver candidates
- Dispatching a small, dedicated fleet
- Communicating with drivers, customers, and service technicians to facilitate a productive and community-oriented terminal
- Organizing and maintaining documents for billing and safety
- Managing driver schedules based on Department of Transportation rules
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to quickly learn a variety of software programs
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
