The Drop Team Lead assists with the supervision of the team as they perform a timely retrieval, transport, and replacement of cash boxes from the slot machines, ATRs, and table games in accordance to department and procedures.

Available Shifts (flexible):

• 3:00 am - 11:00 am

Please Note: This position requires a Class III Gaming License via the Washington State Gambling Commission. In order to obtain this, you'll need to submit a background check and Drug Test (Hair Based that excludes Marijuana) AFTER accepting an offer with us.

How You'll Make An Impact:

• Removes cash boxes from slot machines and replaces them with empty boxes
• Transports droop boxes to count room
• Complies with count room security and surveillance protocols
• Counts currency, and tickets (clipping, strapping, and bundling) from gaming machines, table games, and ticket redemption kiosks; recording the count accurately and timely on required paperwork. Mutilated and counterfeit currency is separately recorded and counterfeit are reported to TGA, the cage and finance.
• Verifies funds balance to total and gives funds over to Cage Main Banker upon completion of cage verify process.
• Runs the shift in daily counts
• Provide positive interactions with guests and team members and maintains a safe and friendly environment
• Creates and maintains weekly schedule, trains and monitors the Drop and Count Team Members
• Attend all mandatory meetings and trainings
• Maintain Confidentiality

What We're Looking For:

• 1 year of related experience and/ or training or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job.
• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma/GED or currently enrolled.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to walk and stand for 8+ hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Good to Have, But Not Required:

• Previous experience working as a lead in the Gaming Industry.
• Class III Gaming License via the Washington State Gambling Commission.
