Direct Support Professional - $1,000 Sign-on Bonus
Cedar Lake Lodge, La Grange, KY
Pay
$17.00 per hour and up
(based on education and experience)
Plus .75/hour shift differential for 3rd shift
Full-time, 11pm-7am; every other weekend required.
About Cedar Lake
At Cedar Lake (CL), our employees are the cornerstone for all that we do. CL is an intermediate care facility that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and has a staffing ratio of 1:3. We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Caregivers.
Job Skills/Requirements
The DSP provides general and specialized care and support to each individual. The care and support include activities of daily living, productive activities, and leisure activities as appropriate. The DSP will provide active treatment, safety, and supervision to individuals of the lodge while promoting inclusion in the community.

Please note that Cedar Lake Lodge, Park Place, and Sycamore Run are Intermediate Care Facilities, placing us under the “CMS Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination Interim Rule.” Under this rule, employees must be vaccinated or have an approved medical or religious exemption prior to employment.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age with valid Kentucky or Indiana Driver’s License
