What are the duties?

• No two days are alike, but each day, you'll be helping someone become more independent and better integrated into their community.

• You'll be assisting the individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, where they live with several other folks receiving services, and in the community.
• There are a wide variety of people served. Some individuals may need just verbal prompting, and others may need more hands on care.
• No experience is necessary, and all training is provided!

What to Expect

• You'll have a ton of support! There'll be a whole team of people to assist with teaching you the ropes, and you'll receive all the training you need to be GREAT at your job.
• You may even develop a second "family" at work, as you'll be getting to know the individuals you are caring for, and your coworkers very well.
• You will learn skills that you will carry with you throughout your life, and it will make you a better caregiver. All training is provided free of charge
• At the end of every day, you'll know that you did something important, and that you are making a difference!
