Additional Information About the Role

  • Hybrid of in-person and work from home
  • Must see 6 scheduled client appointments per day
  • FT Day shift with one Evening and one Saturday per month
  • Must possess clinical skills for Mental Health Therapy with all age ranges, groups and individuals
  • Must be able to do Educational Presentations
  • Must have experience with trauma for critical incident response
  • Must be fully licensed in the state of MO. (LPC or LCSW)

Role Purpose

Responsible for providing clinical and case management support, including supervisory consultation.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes working relationships with national network providers, and ensures excellence in clinical outcomes and client satisfaction for national business customers.
  • Consults with management and Human Resources to increase productivity and employee morale and assists in minimizing workplace stress.
  • Provides clinical review and case management through accurate evaluation and assessment.
  • Provides brief problem resolution or plan of action and case management of national clients.
  • Maintains the integrity and reliability of the database needs of the EAP business.
  • BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
  • Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Services or related field
  • <2 years of experience
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience
