Bright Start Academy is currently seeking dedicated full-time and part-time educators to join our amazing team.

Who We Are:

Bright Start Academy is a nationally accredited early learning center that currently provides care and education for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

What we do:

Bright Start Academy’s early childhood educators are responsible for the supervision and management of assigned classroom(s) while providing a safe, clean, and nurturing environment, adhering to all state, local and NECPA regulations. Educators create and implement opportunities for children to construct their own knowledge through exploration and play through Bright Start Academy’s theme based Start Smart Curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices, providing adaptations when necessary to ensure each child’s individual learning needs are met. Bright Start Academy educators also develop strong professional relationships with children, parents, and other co-workers communicating with each daily.

Qualifications: Minimum Age requirement is 18 years of age for all positions (21 years of age for Lead & Management positions). Must undergo and pass qualifying background checks. This is a safety-sensitive position, the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.

Bright Start Academy offers competitive compensation. Pay rate is commensurate with education and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.60 - $18.00 per hour
