The Town of Brookline Soule Early Childhood Center is seeking a part-time Teacher. At Soule, we value the unique spirit of each child. Our school community and classroom environments foster the development of independence, creative thinking, self-directed learning, and joy. The Teacher will develop a high quality Montessori learning environment for children aged 2.9 to 5 years.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or Early Education and two years’ experience in a Montessori environment is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to supervise a group of children during all activities; communicate with staff and parents; EEC Lead Teacher qualified. Available to work up to 18.75 hours per week Monday to Friday; hours 8:00AM-12:30pm.
