Buffet Expediter/Runner

$14.00/hour Non-Tipped position

*Must be at least 16 years old

• The ability to stand for long periods of time
• The ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• The ability to carve meat
• Maintain the standards and policies of the set up of the buffet area at all times
• Setting up, tearing down and maintaining service areas
• Maintain the cleanliness standards throughout the shift
• Complete all opening and closing side work
• Maintain a full and clean buffet throughout the shift at all times
• Is attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and co-workers
• Maintains the cleanliness of your uniform
• Must be available for weekends and holiday

Busser

$12.00/hour + Tips

*Must be at least 16 years old

• Clearing and cleaning tables and surrounding areas
• Side work
• Minor food prep
• Packing take out orders
• Taking food to guest rooms
• Helping bartenders and servers with side work
• The ability to stand for long periods of time
• The ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Maintain the cleanliness of your uniform and proper nametag
• Keep assigned tables and work area clean throughout the shift
• Clear dirty dishes as soon as the guest are done with them
• Assist the server with supplying or refilling beverages
• Clear and reset tables quickly and quietly
• Restock stations as needed
• Good work ethic and can work flexible shifts as needed
• Friendly, courteous and helpful to our guests
• 5-20 hours per week including weekends and holidays 2-4 days per week
• No experience required/Restaurant experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
