Position Summary
As an Electrical Apprentice, your responsibilities are to perform electrical runs and tie-ins. This may include but not be limited to, learning and installing PV Systems.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid state driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be an ET card holder
- Previous solar experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
- Ability to safely handle and maintain basic hand and power tools used for installation
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and attributes:
- Self-motivated

- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Roofing/Electrical/construction experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Electrical Management experience
- Detail-oriented
Job Duties:
- Travel to and from job sites and building departments
- Learn how to perform electrical tie-ins and electrical runs
- Electrica wire management
- Assist in performing main panel upgrades
- Learn how to perform the installation of PV systems
- Perform electrical tie ins and electrical runs
- Perform installation of PV systems
- Trenching
- Conduit bending
Physical Demands:
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, work on residential rooftops, and able to work on your feet 8 hrs + daily
- Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday
- Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
