Job description

The responsibility of the repair technician is to test, align, troubleshoot and repair uncomplicated electronic assemblies to the component level utilizing schematics, logic diagrams, wiring lists, drawings and test equipment with direct supervision.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Test, align, repair simple electronics or mechanical assemblies as required by specifications and procedures. Work independently 50% of the time.
• Insures all engineering changes or modifications to electronics assemblies are incorporated and test/aligned as per engineering documents and/or modification procedures.
• Adheres to all repair lab policies and procedures and completes all required paperwork relating to repair activities.
• Maintain acceptable volumes and quality of repair items.
• Detects and diagnoses problems.

SPECIFICATIONS :

• Technical School graduate or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience
• Must be able to relate technical problems concisely to team and supervisor
• Requires frequent movement of parts/products that may weigh up to 100 pounds

“The pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered"
