POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL THAT MAY BECOME AVAILABLE

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification, Bachelor’s Degree or higher with an endorsement in general elementary education

JOB GOAL:
 Create a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth

 Establish effective rapport with students

 Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide an educational foundation

 Utilize technology to enhance the curriculum including laboratory/hands-on experiences

 Establish positive relationships with parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors

 Perform other duties as assigned by the principal

SALARY: $40,873 - $68,781 (Board approved salary schedule based on rank, certification, and experience)

WORK TERM: 187-day

EFFECTIVE DATE: 2021-2022 School Year
